AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING ALL OF RECTOR ROAD AND
ALL OF EVANS LANE WITHIN PARK VILLAGE ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to close and abandon the streets
hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
All of Rector Road and all of Evans Lane within Park Village Addition
to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas be and the same are hereby closed and
abandoned.
