AN ORDINANCE WAIVING MINIMUM SETBACK LINE REQUIREMENT
ON A CERTAIN LOT IN THE MC CUTCHEN'S WEST END ADDITION
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the owner of the North 55 x 185.5 feet of Block 4, McCutchen's
West End Addition has requested the minimum setback line requirement be waived on
a proposed replat of a lot out of said Block; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Wichita Falls has recommended
to the Board of Aldermen that said waiver be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
Section 9(L) (6) of Ordinance 2118 requiring that a corner lot shall have
a minimum setback on the side street of at least fifteen (15) feet be waived for
such proposed replat, and a minimum setback on the side street of at least five (5)
feet is approved.
