From the evidence presented in the aforementioned Public Hearing
by the property owners appearing and the Building Inspector of the City of
Wichita Falls, the building and/or structure at the location listed above
with the corresponding property owner is found to be a dangerous building as
defined in said Article III and the property owners listed or any other per-

removed at the expense of the City by the City or its contractor, and the
net cost of the demolition or removal shall be charged to the owners of the
property and assessed on the land on which the building stood.

buildings is being delayed pending the taking effect of this ordinance creates
an emergency for the immediate preservation of the public business place,
