ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 3214, WHICH
ALLOWED THE EXTENSION OF ORDINANCE NO. 2138
FOR A PERIOD OF FOUR YEARS; REFUSING TO RENEW
ORDINANCE NO. 2138.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 3214, which allowed the renewal
of Ordinance No. 2138 for a period of four years after September
30, 1977 at the request of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company,
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. The request of Southwestern Bell Telephone
Company to renew Ordinance No. 2138 for four years is hereby
refused.
