ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 17-61 AND 17-62 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO PROVIDE FOR CONTRACT
HAULER'S LICENSE AND FEE SCHEDULE FOR LICENSE
AND LANDFILL USE.
SECTION 1. Section 17-61 of the Code of Ordinances is
hereby amended to add thereto a new Subsection (e) to read
as follows :
" (e) Class 5-Contract haulers license-Private firms
hauling commercial and industrial waste in detached bulk
containers. Only vehicles hauling twelve cubic yards or
more in detached collection bodies will be permitted. Per-
mit holder shall furnish to the Director a list of customers
with additions or deletions provided monthly. "
SECTION 2. Subsection (a) of Section 17-62 of the Code
of Ordinances is hereby amended to add to the license fee
schedule a new Class 5, as follows:
"Class 5-$25. 00. "
SECTION 3. Subsection (b) of Section 17-62 of the Code
of Ordinances is hereby amended to add a new paragraph (6) ,
to read as follows :
" (6) Class 5: Rate shall be determined by the origina-
tion of the garbage or trash. Rate shall be $2. 50 per ton for
inside City limits and $5. 00 for outside City limits. Payment
shall be on a prearranged basis, to be arranged upon issuance
of license. "
