AN ORDINANCE PERMANENTLY CLOSING AND ABANDONING THE ALLEY
BETWEEN LOTS 11 THROUGH 14 AND LOTS 15 THROUGH 19 OF BLOCK
A, SCOTLAND GARDENS OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to permanently close and abandon
an alley hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The twenty(20) foot alley located between Lots 11 through 14 on the
north and Lots 15 through 19 on the south in Block A, Scotland Addition, be
and the same is hereby permanently closed and abandoned.
