AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF DEER
PARK WAY WITHIN LYNWOOD WEST, SECTION II, AN ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to close and abandon that portion
of a street hereafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That portion of Deer Park Way lying between Block 37 and Block 53 and
west of the west right-of-way line of Adrian Avenue all in Lynwood West, Section
II, an Addition to Wichita Falls, Texas be and the same is hereby closed and
abandoned. f �
