RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT 82-2 SURFACE OVER-
LAY AND LEFT TURN BAYS ON KEv1P BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
Capital Improvements Project 82-2 Surface Overlay and Left Turn Bays
on Kemp Boulevard.
WHEREAS, two bids were received, and it is found that the bid of
Timmins-Anderson Corporation in the amount of $426,424.80 is the lowest
responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Timmins Anderson Corporation in the amount of $426,424.80
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract
with Tins-Anderson Corporation for the construction of such improvements.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 7th DAY OF December 1982.
