RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF REMODELING OF
JALONICK COMMUNITY CENTER BY C. D. GRAHAM CONSTRUCTION
CO. , INC .
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and C. D. Graham Construction
Co. , Inc. , as Contractor, entered into a contract dated July 28, 1982 ,
wherein said Contractor agreed to remodel the Jalonick Community
Center; and,
WHEREAS, the construction of this work has been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications; and,
WHEREAS, the contract price for this work was $46,499 .00 , of
which $43,149 . 95 has been paid to the Contractor, leaving a balance
due of $3 , 349 .05 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The construction of such remodeling Jalonick Community Center
is hereby accepted by the City of Wichita Falls, and the City Manager
is directed to pay to the said Contractor the balance due of $3, 349 .05.
