RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION
SURVEY AND PLAN FOR WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS AS A
GENERAL GUIDE FOR HISTORIC PRESERVATION
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen passed and approved Resolution
No. 2849, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with the
Wichita County Heritage Society for the Historic Preservation Survey and
Plan for Wichita Falls, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the Wichita County Heritage Society engaged Ellen
Beasley, Consultant, to prepare the plan; and
WHEREAS, the Design Review Commission has accepted the survey
and plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Historic Preservation Survey and Plan for Wichita Falls,
Texas is hereby received as a general guide for historic preservation.
