RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND
ACQUIRED BY THE STATE OF TEXAS ON KELL BOULEVARD
IS NO LONGER NEEDED FOR HIGHWAY OR PUBLIC TRANSPOR-
TATION PURPOSES AND RECOMMENDING THAT THE STATE
SELL SUCH LAND.
WHEREAS, the State of Texas acquired the hereinafter described
tract of land on Kell Boulevard for highway purposes , and the State
Department of Highways and Public Transportation has recommended that
such land is surplus to the State ' s needs, and that the same be sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain tract of land, which is shown as Tract No. 16 and
described in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated herein ,
is no longer needed for highway or public transportation purposes by
the citizens or City of Wichita Falls, and it is recommended that the
State sell such tract of land in accordance with the statutes of the
State of Texas.

Being all of Lot_ 20 , in Bloch 3 , Sibley-Taylor Addition , in the
town of Wichita Falls , Wichita County , Texas , according to a map
or plat of said Addition recorded in Book 2 , Page 132, of the Map
or Plat Records of Wichita County ; and being the sane property
described in a deed from Alice Lillian Fritz to the State of
Texas , dated October 15 , 1911 , recorded in Volume 1107 , Page 676
Deed Records of Wichita County , Texas , containing an area of
7 , 350 square feet of land , more or less .
