RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH RELATING TO THE OPERATION
OF THE WICHITA FALLS CITY-WICHITA COUNTY PUBLIC
HEALTH CENTER AS A "STATE PARTICIPATING" LOCAL
HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto ,
between the Texas Department of Health, the County of Wichita and
the City of Wichita Falls, relating to the operation of the Wichita
Falls City-Wichita County Public Health Center as a "state participa-
ting" local health department, is hereby approved, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita
Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of November, 1982 .
