RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ,IOM TEN ELECTRIC

LIGI-IT FACILITIES USED IN CONVERTING TO HIGH
PRESSURE SODIUM VAPOR STREET LIGHTING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT;
That certain Bill of Sales, whereby Texas Electric Service Company conveys to the
City of Wichita Falls certain facilities used for the High Pressure Sodium street light
system, is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to pay Texas Electric
Service Company the sum of $4, 820.00 for such Bill of Sale.

The Texas Electric Service Company, a corporation of the County
of Tarrant and State aforesaid, for and in consideration of the sum of
FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY and NO/100 DOLLARS ($4,820.00) and
other good and valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, have BARGAINED, SOLD and DELIVERED, and by these presents
do BARGAIN, SELL and DELIVER unto the said City of Wichita Falls, of the
County of Wichita and the State of Texas, street lighting facilities
located on streets and alleys in the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita
County, Texas, and being more particularly described as:
The Illumination Facilities at the following locations:
806 Elwood - 4 foot mast on TESCo pole
828 Elwood - 4 foot mast on TESCo pole
850 Elwood - 4 foot mast on TESCo pole
Roosevelt & Gladiolus - 35 foot pole, mast & circuit
Roosevelt & Tulip - 35 foot pole, mast & circuit
Roosevelt & Redwood - 4 foot mast on TESCo pole
Roosevelt & Neff - 35 foot pole, mast & circuit
Woods & Neff - 35 foot pole., mast &. circuit
Chance & Neff - 4 foot mast on TESCo pole
Gerald & Neff - 4 foot mast on TESCo pole
914 Gerald - 4 foot mast on TESCo pole
916 Gerald - 35 foot support pole and circuit
The Illumination System on Holland Street from Tulsa, North to Gerald.
Consists of six (6) four foot masts, controls and circuits.
The Illumination System on Williams Drive from Fuller Circle, North to
Jackson Circle. Consists of five (5) 35 foot wood poles, 4 foot masts
and circuits including one (1) 35 foot circuit support pole and controls.
The Illumination System on East Fort Worth Street from Texas to Hines Ave._
Consists of six (6) 4 foot masts on TESCo poles.
The Illumination System on Bluff Street from 30th Street, South to 36th
Street. Consists of seven (7) four foot masts and circuits on TESCo
poles.
The Illumination System on Travis Street from 30th Street South, to 36th
Street. Consists of seven (7) four foot masts and circuits on TESCo and
SWBTCo poles also includes 2 control points.
30th and Jasper - 4 foot mast & circuit on TESCo pole includes circuit,
Easterly to Travis Street.
The Illumination System on Armory Road from 27th Street South to 38th
Street. Consists of twelve (12) four foot masts on TESCo or SWBTCo poles
also includes circuits and controls.
The Illumination System on Vista Street from Armory Road East to California
Consists of four (4) 4 foot masts, circuits and controls on TESCo or SWBTCo
poles.
The Illumination System on 30th Street from Armory Road East to California.
Consists of four (4) four foot mast arms circuits and controls on TESCo or
SWBTCo poles.

Texas Electric Service Company for the sum of $4,820.00
has concurrently with the execution of this instrument sold and
conveyed to the undersigned purchaser the following described
personal property, to-wit:

The purchaser of the above described property does hereby
acknowledge that said property is sold by Texas Electric Service
Company as is, where is, and without warranty of any kind either
expressed or implied.
