RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
PROPOSED NEW RATES OF VISTA CABLEVISION, INC.
WHEREAS, Vista Cablevision, Inc. has filed with the City a
request dated September 16, 1982 that the Board of Aldermen consider
a proposed rate change in their basic service monthly rate from
6. 95 to $8. 50 and adding language to the rate schedule providing
for optional services and equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
The Board of Aldermen shall hold an appropriate public hearing
on the 7a-) day of i j 1982 , at d .,3Q o'clock et .m.
in the Council Chamber in the Memorial Auditorium Building in Wichita
Falls, at which hearing all parties desiring to be heard, including
Vista Cablevision, Inc. shall be heard on any matters relating to
the performance of this franchise, Vista Cablevision ' s services, and
the proposed new rates.
