RESOLUTION APPROVING SIXTH AMENDMENT
TO WATER PURCHASE CONTRACT WITH WICHITA
VALLEY WATER SUPPLY CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Bradley Ranch has applied to Wichita Valley Water
Supply Corporation for water service at a single family residence located on
a 624.6 acre tract out of Thomas Cook Survey, A-34 in Wichita County; and,
WHEREAS, the Bradley Ranch is within the service area extension of
the Corporation approved by the Texas Public Utility Commission on July 29,
1982; and,
WHEREAS, the service area extension of the Corporation was approved
by the City of Wichita Falls on August 17, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Sixth Amendment to the Water Purchase Contract, a copy of which
is attached hereto, between the City of Wichita Falls and Wichita Valley Water
Supply Corporation, which allows water service to a single family residence in
a 624.6 acre tract out of the Thomas Cook Survey, A-34 in Wichita County, is
hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the same for
the City of Wichita Falls.

SIXTH AMENDMENT TO WATER PURCHASE CONTRACT
WITH WICHITA VALLEY WATER SUPPLY CORPORATION
This Sixth Amendment to Water Purchase Contract made and
entered into this the 14th day of September, 1982, by and between the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas and Wichita Valley Water Supply
Corporation.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and the Wichita Valley
Water Supply Corporation entered into a water purchase contract dated
March 19, 1974, and the parties desire to make a sixth amendment to such
contract.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows:
Said contract dated March 19, 1974 is hereby amended by author-
izing the Corporation to connect to their water system a single-family
residential unit located on a 624.6 acre tract out of Thomas Cook Survey,
A-34 in Wichita County owned by the Bradley Ranch.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these presents
to be executed as of the day and year first set out above.
