BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT: That certain agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto, between the City of Wichita Falls and Harper Perkins Architects, associated with the design of a new fire station to be located on Missile Road, is hereby approved with a provision that the maximum fee be $13, 500 , and the City Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
