RESOLUTION APPOINTING MAURICE ARMSTRONG MUNICIPAL
COURT ADMINISTRATOR AND CLERK OF THE MUNICIPAL
COURT OF WICHITA FALLS.
WHEREAS, Nan McNair, who served for many years as Municipal
Court Administrator and Clerk of the Municipal Court of Wichita
Falls in a dedicated and loyal manner, has recently retired from
this position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Maurice Armstrong is hereby appointed as Municipal Court
Administrator and Clerk of the Municipal Court of Wichita Falls, in
accordance with Section 7 of Article 1200aa, Revised Civil Statutes
of Texas, effective August 4 , 1982 ; he shall hold this office
at the pleasure of the Board of Aldermen.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of August, 1982 .
