RESOLUTION NO. ax_rl p og RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS NO. 1 AND NO. 2 TO THE CONTRACT WITH WALLACE & RAUB CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF HAMILTON PARK TENNIS CENTER PRO SHOP. WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Wallace & Raub Construction Company entered into a contract dated April 9 , 1982 , whereby the contractor agreed to construct a Hamilton Park Tennis Center Pro Shop; and, WHEREAS , it is deemed advisable to make two Change Orders to such contract, one to add a backwater valve to the sewer line for 326. 00, and the other to raise the entry sidewalk and entry door for $464 .20; also, eight working days will be added to the contract for time lost during the flooding in May. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT: Change Orders No. 1 and No. 2 to such contract, copies of which are attached hereto, are hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
