RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR REFURBISHING THE
JALONICK PARK COMMUNITY CENTER TO C. D. GRAHAM
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for labor and material to refurbish the community center at Jalonick
Park; and,
WHEREAS, three bids were received, and the bid of C. D. Graham
Construction Company, Inc. , in the amount of $46 ,499. 00 was the
lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
Such bid of C. D. Graham Construction Company, Inc. is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to enter into a con-
tract with C. D. Graham Construction Company, Inc. for the refurbish-
ing of the building at Jalonick Park as per bid.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 20th day of July, 1982 .
