RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF RETAINAGE
OF FIRST PHASE OF 1981 STREET RECONSTRUCTION
PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to pay to Timmins-Anderson
Corporation the sum of $55, 751. 93 which was retained in the first
phase of the 1981 Street Reconstruction Program.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of May, 1982 .
