RESOLUTION NO. /7-ef:g
RESOLUTION SUSPENDING THE OPERATION OF
PROPOSED FUEL COST FACTOR TARIFF FILED BY
TEXAS ELECTRIC SERVICE COMPANY FOR AN
ADDITIONAL PERIOD OF THIRTY DAYS.
WHEREAS, Texas Electric Service Company did, on December 9,
1981, file a proposed fuel cost factor tariff for service within
the City of Wichita Falls to become effective January 13 , 1982 ;
and,
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 8-82 , dated January 5 , 1982 , the
Board of Aldermen suspended the operation of such proposed fuel
cost factor tariff for a period of 120 days from and after January
13 , 1982 for further study, investigation, presentation of evidence
and public hearing; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen finds that a longer time will
be required for a final determination; and,
WHEREAS , a copy of this resolution has been provided Texas

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Pursuant to Section 43 (d) of the Public Utility Regulatory
Act, the operation of the proposed fuel cost factor tariff filed
on December 9, 1981 by Texas Electric Service Company is hereby
further extended for an additional period of thirty days from May
13, 1982 , for further study, investigation, presentation of evidence
and public hearing.
