Res 074-82 5/4/1982RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A MAINTENANCE FACILITY AT THE SANITARY LANDFILL.
WHEREAS , the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of a maintenance facility at the
Sanitary Landfill ; and,
WHEREAS , six bids were received, and it is found that
the bid of M & F Litteken Company in the amount of $28 ,695 . 00
is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of M & F Litteken Company in the amount of
28 , 695 . 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract with M & FLitteken Company
for the construction of such improvement .
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 4th day of May 1982 .
