RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING CONTRACT
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PICNIC SHELTER AT JALONICK
PARK TO C.D. GRAHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of a picnic shelter at Jalonick Park; and,
WHEREAS, only one bid was received, that being the bid of
C.D. Graham Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $4 , 000. 00,
and it is found that such bid is a fair and reasonable bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,THAT:
Said bid of C.D. Graham Construction Company, Inc. in the
amount of $4 , 000. 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute for the City of Wichita Falls a contract
with C.D. Graham Construction Company, Inc. for the construction
of such project.
