RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO ZACK
BURKETT COMPANY FOR ADDITIONS AND REPAIRS
TO LAKE KICKAP0O DAM
WHEREAS, five bids were received for additions and repairs
to Lake Kickapoo Dam; and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Zack Burkett Company of Graham, Texas,
is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Zack Burkett Company in the amount of $230,987.50
is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract
for the City of Wichita Falls for additions and repairs to Lake Kickapoo
Dam.I
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 16th day of March, 1982.
