RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING
CONTRACT FOR FURNISHING AND INSTALLING
SECURITY GATES AT WICHITA FALLS MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT.
WHEREAS , the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids
for the construction of two security gates at Wichita Falls
Municipal Airport; and,
WHEREAS, the one bid submitted by Wichita Ace Fence Co. ,
Inc. of Wichita Falls in the amount of $9 ,890. 00 was found
to be a responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT :
Said bid of Wichita Ace Fence Co. , Inc. in the amount
of $9, 890. 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract with Wichita Ace Fence Co. ,
Inc. for the construction of such improvements.
