RESOLUTION ACCEPTING INSTALLATION OF
BALLFIELD LIGHTING AT SPUDDER PARK.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Browning Electric ,
Inc. entered into a contract dated November 6, 1981 for in-
stallation of ballfield lighting at Spudder Park for the contract
amount of $8 ,512 ; and,
WHEREAS , such installation has been completed in accord-
ance with the plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The installation of such ballfield lighting is hereby
accepted by the City of Wichita Falls , and the City Manager
is authorized to pay to the contractor the contract amount
as set out above.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 19th day of January, 1982 .
