ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 13 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
WHICH CHAPTER CONCERNS ELECTIONS.
WHEREAS , it appears to the Board of Aldermen that all
of the provisions contained in Chapter 13 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, concerning
elections, are covered either in the City Charter or the
Texas Election Code, and it is deemed advisable that such
chapter should be repealed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDER-
MEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Wichita Falls,which chapter concerns elections, is hereby
repealed.
