Ord 3317 6/6/1978 ORDINANCE NO. 1147 ORDINANCE CLARIFYING THE INTENT OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN IN THE ADOPTION OF ORDINANCES NO. 3260 AND 3261 RELATIVE TO CREATION OF THE AUDITORIUM-ACTIVITIES CENTER FUND. WHEREAS, on December 6, 1977 the Board of Aldermen adopted Ordinances No. 3260 and No. 3261 amending Ordinance No. 3241; Ordinance No. 3260 amended Ordinance No. 3241 to reduce certain estimates of revenues by $18, 500. 00 and to reduce certain appropriations and estimates of expenses by a total amount of $30,228. 00; Ordinance No. 3261 amended Ordin- ance No. 3241 to establish the Auditorium-Activities Center Fund and to approve certain estimates of expenses and to make appropriations for such expenses in the amount of $52,069. 00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDER- MEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: It was the intention of the Board of Aldermen in adopt- ing Ordinances No. 3260 and 3261 that all amounts which had been charged since the beginning of this fiscal year to the Auditorium Services budget in the General Fund for the Audi- torium Manager' s salary and sixty percent of the Auditorium Services secretary' s salary, appropriate fringe benefit costs, and other utility and operating costs to support the Auditorium Manager' s office should be accounted for in the appropriate account in the Auditorium-Activities Center Fund; all amounts which had been charged since the beginning of this fiscal year to the Building Maintenance Department budget in the General Fund for overtime costs attributable to janitorial services provided in the Auditorium and the appropriate fringe benefit costs should be accounted for in the appropriate account in the Auditorium-Activities Center Fund. Further, all revenues from Memorial Auditorium rentals which had been credited since the beginning of this fiscal year to the General Fund should be accounted for in the , Auditorium-Activities Center Fund.
