AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
Revenue Sharing FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBERS LISTED
BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1,. There is hereby appropriated out of the Revenue Sharing
Fund the sum of $ 500, 000. 00 which shall be placed in the
following Account numbers:

1. 93-941 Midtown Activities Center $500,000. 00

SECTION 2. The fact that this amount will be due and that it is
essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an
emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
