AN ORDINANCE DECREASING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
PARTICIPATION PAVING FUND FOR ACCOUNT NUMBERS LISTED
BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. An appropriation of the Participation Paving Fund is hereby
decreased by the sum of $ 150,000.00 for the following Account numbers:

SECTION 2. The fact that this amount is to be re-appropriated and that
it is essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an
emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
