AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING A PORTION
OF PRODUCTION BOULEVARD LOCATED IN EXPRESSWAY
EAST INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, AND RESERVING AN
EASEMENT THEREIN FOR STREET, UTILITY AND DRAIN-
AGE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls
deems it advisable and in the public interest to close and
abandon that portion of street hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
SECTION 1. That portion of Production Boulevard located in
Expressway East Industrial District in the City of Wichita Falls,
more fully described as follows :
Beginning at the northeast corner of Tract 2 , Unit 3 ,
Expressway East Industrial District, a point in the
south right-of-way line of Production Boulevard;
Thence N. 88 deg. 53 min. 34 sec. W. 873. 95 feet;
Thence N. 1 deg. 1 min. 26 sec. E. 60 feet; .
Thence S. 88 deg. 58 min. 34 sec. E. 873. 95 feet;
Thence S. 1 deg. 1 min. 26 sec. W. 60 feet to
the place of beginning, and containing 1. 204
acres, more or less;
be and the same is hereby closed and abandoned.
SECTION 2 . There is hereby reserved by the City in the
above described tract of land an easement for street, utility
and drainage purposes.
