AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 2118
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, TO REQUIRE THE INCLU-
SION OF FLOOD PLAIN AND/OR FLOOD WAY DELINEATIONS ON ALL
PLATS WHEN APPLICABLE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 6, paragraph (7) (c) , of Ordinance Number 2118 of Wichita
Falls, Texas, is hereby amended so that it shall hereafter read:
"(c) The location, dimensions, description and flow line of
existing water courses and drainage structures within the
subdivision or adjoining tracts. In the event any portion of
the subdivision lies within or abuts an officially designated
flood plain and/or flood way, the delineation of such flood
plain and/or flood way shall be clearly shown on all pre-
liminary plats and final plats submitted for approval."
