ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 3326
(SOLICITATION ORDINANCE) TO REQUIRE A REFERENCE
LETTER FOR A FIRM WHEN AN EMPLOYEE IS APPLYING FOR
A PERMIT.
Subsection e of Section 7 of Ordinance No. 3326 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"e. If the applicant is other than an individual, or if
the applicant is an individual working for a company, a refer-
ence letter or report on the company from the Better Business
Bureau or Chamber of Commerce, and a bank, of the city in which
the principal office or headquarters of the company is located. "
