AN ORDINANCE WAIVING MINIMUM BUILDING SETBACK REQUIREMENTS
ON A PROPOSED REPLAT OF LOTS 10, 11 & 12, BLOCK 6 BLACKMON
& WILLIAMS 2ND ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the owners of Lots 10, 11 & 12, Block 6, Blackmon & Williams
2nd Addition have requested that minimum building setback requirements be
waived; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Wichita Falls has recom-
mended to the Board of Aldermen that said waiver be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 9(L)(6) of Ordinance No. 2118 requiring that a corner lqt
shall have a minimum setback on the side street of at least fifteen (15) feet
be waived for such proposed replat, and a minimum setback on the side street of
at least ten (10) feet is approved.
