AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBERS LISTED
BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
