ORDINANCE CALLING SPECIAL MEETING AND PUBLIC
HEARING FOR 1978-1979 BUDGET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A special meeting of the Board of Aldermen shall be held
at 8 :30 o'clock A. M. on Monday, October 9, 1978 in the Council
Chamber in the Memorial Auditorium Building, at which meeting a
public hearing shall be held on the proposed 1978-1979 budget
for the City of Wichita Falls. The City Clerk shall give public
notice of the hour, date and place of such hearing by placing a
notice in at least one newspaper of general circulation in
Wichita County not more than thirty days nor less than ten days
before such public hearing.
At this special meeting a public hearing shall also be
held for appropriation of General Revenue Sharing funds for
Entitlement Period Ten.
