Ord 3380 10/3/1978 ORDINANCE NO. — JUO AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TILE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, ORDINANCE 2118, APPENDIX A, CODE OF ORDINANCES, ESTABLISHING THE TIME FOR FILING AND COPIES REQUIRED FOR PRELIMINARY PLATS; ESTABLISHING THE COPIES REQUIRED FOR FINAL PLATS; ESTABLISHING REQUIRED SITE IMPROVEMENT PLANS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. The first two (2) paragraphs of Section 6 of Ordinance 2118, Appendix A, Code of Ordinances, be amended to read as follows: "GENERAL. Whenever a subdivider desires to make a subdivision he shall cause to be prepared a preliminary plat by a surveyor or engineer and, when required, site plans and declarations in accordance with this Ordinance. SUBMISSION OF PRELIMINARY PLATS. The subdivider, or his engineer or surveyor, shall submit to the Assistant Director of Planning a reproducible sepia and ten (10) blue or black line copies of the plat, together with the fee for reviewing and processing as prescribed in Section 5.1 of this Ordinance. All plats must be received at least thirteen (13) days prior to the Planning Board meeting at which they are to he considered for approval. If. , after approval of a preliminary plat, changes thereto are required or desired, a revised preliminary plat shall he submitted following the same procedures as required for an original preliminary plat." SECTION 2. Section 7 of Ordinance 2118, Appendix A, Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended by deleting all of such section prior to Subsection (c) , and substituting in lieu thereof the following: "(a) Whenever a subdivider desires to make a subdivision he shall cause to be prepared a final plat by a surveyor or engineer, appropriate site Improvement plans, and complete the certificates prescribed in this section. If desired by the subdivider, the final plat may consist of only that portion of the approved preliminary plat which he proposes to record at that time. However, such portion shall conform to all of the requirements of this Ordinance. "(b) The subdivider, or his engineer or surveyor, shall submit to the Assistant Director of Planning a reproducible sepia and two (2) blue or black line copies of the final plat together with the fee for reviewing and processing as prescribed in Section 5.1 of this Ordinance. The final plat shall contain all of the features required for preliminary plats in Section 6 above, and it shall be accompanied by the following site improvement plans bearing the seal of an engineer. (1) Sanitary Sewers. Detailed engineering plans of the proposed sewer facilities as required by the Director of Public Utilities. (2) Water. Detailed engineering plans of the proposed water facilities as required by the Director of Public Utilities. (3) Storm Drainage. Detailed engineering plans of the proposed storm drainage facilities as required by the Director of Public Works. (4) Streets, Curbs, and Gutters. Detailed engineering plans of the proposed streets, curbs and gutters as required by the Director of Public Works."
