ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16-32 AND SECTION 16-34
OF THE CODE OP ORDINANCES, TO CHANGE THE FEE AND
TERM OF A FOOD HANDLER'S CERTIFICATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The last sentence of Section 16-32 of the Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Upon completion of the school, the Health Department may issue to him
a health certificate, which certificate shall expire two years from date of
issuance."
SECTION 2. Section 16-34 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"A fee of six dollars shall be charged by the Health Department for
providing the completed certificate and maintaining records."
