AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
REVENUE SHARING FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBERS LISTED
BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Appropriation Ordinances Numbers 3321 and 3322, July 6,
1978, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated out of the Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund the sum of $1, 250,000, which shall be placed in the following Account
numbers:

1. 93-215 Airport Improvements Phase IV $ 120,000
2. 93-347 Sanitation Containers 150,000
3. 93-350 Street Surface Overlay 75, 000
4. 93-352 Surface Treatment 60,000
5. 93-354 Street Reconstruction 89,000
6. 93-348 Landfill Study 20,000
7. 93-941 Midtown Activities Center 500,000
8. 93-931 Downtown Renovation 100,000
9. 93-902 Wichita General Hospital 90,000
10. 93-928 Family Practice Residency Program 46, 000
TOTAL $1,250,000
SECTION 3. The fact that this amount will be due and that it is essential
for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an emergency; therefore,
this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
