AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO ACCOUNT NO. 11-091-4430, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
General Fund the sum of $2,163, which shall be placed in
Account No. 11-091-4430, Professional Fees.
SECTION 2. The fact that this amount is now due and
that it is essential for immediate use of the City of Wichita
Falls creates an emergency; therefore, this ordinance shall
become effect immediately upon its passage.
