ORDINANCE N0.
AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING THE NECESSITY FOR THE
ORDERING AND PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
PORTIONS OF AVENUES, STREETS AND PUBLIC PLACES
IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , DESIGNATED
w, AS THE 1977 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT PAV-
ING PROGRAM, APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICA-
r TIONS PREPARED BY THE CITY ENGINEERS , AND DIRECT-
ING THE ADVERTISING FOR BIDS , AND PROVIDING SUN-
DRY OTHER MATTERS INCIDENT THERETO.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas is
up of the opinion that the hereinafter mentioned portions of avenues, streets and
`; public places in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas should he improved;
NOW, THEREFORE ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS THAT:
I I .
It is hereby determined that it is necessary that the following por-
tions of avenues, streets and public places in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
be improved to-wit:
I; COLLARD From the N.P.L. of Trout Street to the
AVENUE: S.P.L. of Harding Street.
II .
The City Engineer has heretofore prepared plans and specifications
for the improvement of the hereinabove described portion of avenues, streets
and public places, and such plans and specifications are submitted to the Board
of Aldermen for approval and adoption; such plans and specifications be and the
same are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications for the
11 improvement of the said street.
III .
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force and effect immediately
from and after its passage.

Notice is hereby given that the governing body of the City of

proved and that a portion of the cost of such improvements is to be specially
1! assessed as a lien upon the property abutting thereon, and said portions of
streets in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas as follows:

Texas be improved, to wit:
1 COLLARD From the N.P.L. of Trout Street to the
