RE: #2. This originated in Legal. I could type it over, except Roger made
some notation that ordinance presented to Council would be changed
slightly, and I don't have the rewording.
RE: #1. Subir purged our old files, and so there are not any 1979 files in
our library any more. I did look through all the Midwestern Park
plat files, and there is no such ordinance there.
