AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TRANSFER
IN THE GENERAL FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBERS
LISTED BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the appropriation approved for the 1977-78 fiscal year
is hereby transferred between the General Fund Departments listed below:

SECTION 2. The fact that these transactions are essential to the proper
presentation of The Annual Financial Report of the City of Wichita Falls for
the year ended September 30, 1978 creates an emergency, therefore this ordinance
shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
