ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-40 TO ALLOW
DOMINO PARLORS TO OPEN AT NOON ON SUNDAYS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 25-40 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Wichita Falls is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 25-40. Operating hours.
All persons operating and maintaining any public domino
parlor within the City shall close their doors and places of
business at such place each night from 11: 50 p.m. until
6 :00 a.m. , except that on Saturday night they shall be closed
at 11 : 50 p.m. and remain closed until 12: 00 noon on the Sunday
following. "
