ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3424, TO APPOINT A NEW
JUDGE AND ALTERNATE JUDGE FOR CITY BOX NO. 21 IN THE
REGULAR MUNICIPAL ELECTION.
WHEREAS, in Ordinance No. 3424, Mrs. John Penn was appointed judge
at City Box No. 21 , and Mrs. James T. Spray was appointed alternate; and,
WHEREAS, Mrs. Penn will be unable to serve in this capacity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Ordinance No. 3424 is hereby amended to provide that Mrs. James T.
Spray is appointed judge, and Mr. James T. Spray is appointed alternate
judge, at City Box No. 21 for the regular municipal election to be held
April 7, 1979.
