ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF SIGN ORDINANCE
(ORDINANCE NO. 3263) FOR SHEPPARD FEDERAL
CREDIT UNION BRANCH OFFICE AT SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF FOURTEENTH AND BROAD STREETS.
WHEREAS, the Sheppard Federal Credit Union Branch
Office desires to construct a sign for their new facility,
which sign is between the property line and the building
setback line, and it does not meet the requirements of
Ordinance No. 3263; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen find that the circum-
stances in this situation are exceptional, and that a waiver
should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The requirements of Ordinance No. 3263 are hereby
waived so that the Sheppard Federal Credit Union Branch
Office may construct on their property at the southwest
corner of Fourteenth and Broad Streets a sign as shown on
the attached drawing.
