AN ORDINANCE FAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
West Texas- Electric FUND TO ACCOUNT
NUMBER 16=754`-46'43' , AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1 . There is hereby appropriated out of the
West Texas Electric Fund the sum of $390 ,000 . 00
which shall be placed i`n Account Number 16-754-4643
SECTION 2 . The fact that this amount is now due and
that tt is essential for the immediate use of the City of
Wichita Falls creates an emergency, therefore this ordinance
shall become effective immediately upon its passage .
