AN ORDINANCE MAKING A REVENUE ESTIMATE IN THE
WATER & SEWER REVENUE FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBERS LISTED
BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The Revenue Estimate for the Water and Sewer Revenue Fund is
hereby increased by the sum of $415,000.00 which shall be placed in the fol-
lowing Account numbers:

1. 81-000-3920 $390,000.00
2. 81-000-3932 25,000.00

SECTION 2. The fact that this amount has been realized and that it is
essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an
emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage. p
