AN ORDINANCE MAKING A REVENUE ESTIMATE IN THE
GENERAL FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBERS LISTED BELOW,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The Revenue Estimate for the General Fund is hereby increased
by the sum of $38,000. 00 which shall be placed in the following Account numbers:

SECTION 2. The fact that this amount has been realized and that it is
essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an emergency,
therefore this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
