AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF SARAMY STREET
LYING IN THE N-M SUBDIVISION OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the owners of Lot 3, N-M Subdivision have requested that a
portion of Saramy Street, which lies in said lot, have requested that this portion
of Saramy Street be closed; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas has
recommended to the Board of Aldermen that said waiver be granted; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls deems it
advisable and in the public interest to close this portion of street hereinafter
described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That portion of Saramy Street lying in Lot 3, N-M Subdivision of
Wichita Falls, Texas, more fully described hereinafter, be and the same is
hereby closed and abandoned, to wit:
Saramy Street from the east boundary of the north-south portion
of Saramy Street as shown on plat recorded in Volume 15, pages 1
and 2, Wichita County plat records, east to the west right-of-way
of Spur 325.
